When my wife and I bought our property in September of 1999, I envisioned that this building would one day be my guitar repair shop.
The building required a lot of work including all new electrical wiring including light fixtures, window replacement and the addition of four new windows. the addition of a stairwell in the interior of the building, new siding and a new rubber roof. A dust collection system was added for all the woodworking machinery and a climate control system was installed to guarantee 50% humidity at 70 degrees year round.
